"Yesterday, I gave a respect label to a student who was very disrespectful to a teacher on the playground the day before.  I noticed a huge change in his behavior.  When I had to correct him, instead of the arguing and eye rolling that I usually get, he listened and followed instructions.  At lunch time he asked me if I thought he had been respectful so far, and I asked him what he thought.  We both agreed that he had been respectful and it continued for the rest of the day!  Who knew a positive label could have such a positive response!  YEA!!"
